Note: Like many of our Boomer+ neighbors and associates, in 2011, Dee Dee and I moved into a 55+ common interest development (aka HOA community), later realizing that the age demographics here is more correctly set for 65+. Yes, we were expecting to adapt and change our lives to live peacefully and happily in retirement.
